1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and piabet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the piabet website, mobile site, and all associated services available at piabet.im.

By accessing or using the piabet platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the piabet platform.

piabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2Account Registration & Eligibility

To access real-money services on piabet, you must register a personal account. You may hold only one account on the piabet platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances arising from bonus funds.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the piabet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). piabet supports a range of local and international payment methods to facilitate fast and convenient transactions for players across Bangladesh.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made below this threshold may not be credited and are subject to return to the originating account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the originating institution.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to deposit. This measure is in place to prevent financial fraud and protect player funds.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed by the piabet finance team within a reasonable period, typically within 24 hours of submission. Mobile wallet withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: piabet may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") before processing a withdrawal. This may include a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents will result in the withdrawal being held until verification is complete.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). piabet does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Any deposit found to be associated with fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or unauthorised use of a payment method will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

4Bonuses & Promotions

piabet offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below. Claiming a bonus constitutes your acceptance of the applicable bonus terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a piabet account at any given time. Players must meet the wagering requirement of an active bonus before claiming a new one.
• Bonus Abuse: piabet actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Any such conduct will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the time period stated in the promotion's individual terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• piabet's Discretion: piabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. piabet also reserves the right to decline to award a bonus to any player at its sole discretion.

5Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets and wagers placed on the piabet platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, piabet's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the piabet system. Bets that do not receive a confirmation number due to a technical fault are deemed void and any staked amount will be returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. These limits are displayed within each market and may vary by sport, event type, and account standing.
• Obvious Errors: piabet reserves the right to void bets placed at prices or odds that were posted in error, including technical glitches, software errors, or manifest pricing mistakes. Notification of any such void will be provided to affected players.
• Match Interruptions: In the event of an event being postponed, abandoned, or otherwise interrupted, piabet's event-specific rules will determine settlement. For cricket, standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) rules apply where an official result is declared.
• Prohibited Strategies: The use of automated betting tools, betting bots, arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, or any other strategy deemed by piabet to constitute abuse of its markets is strictly prohibited. piabet reserves the right to void bets and close accounts in such cases.
• Casino Game Rules: Each casino game available on piabet — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and table games — operates according to its own published rules provided by the respective game supplier. piabet accepts no liability for player misunderstanding of individual game mechanics.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the piabet platform without prior written authorisation from piabet.
• The piabet name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of piabet. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Game content and software provided by third-party suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective suppliers and is used by piabet under licence.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, piabet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorised access to your account where reasonable security precautions have been observed by piabet.

• Technical Faults: In the event of a technical fault that affects the outcome of a bet or game session, piabet will investigate and may at its discretion void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account balance.

9Privacy & Data Protection

• Communications: By registering a piabet account you consent to receive service communications from piabet via email. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting support, but operational and security communications cannot be unsubscribed from while your account remains active.
